Event Request Form

Any upcoming church events, retreats, or services must be requested through this form.

Please fill out this form in its entirety.

NOTE: Completion of this form does not guarantee that your event will be added to the calendar.

We please ask that that you meet the required deadlines for requesting the following events:

Retreats (Couples', Youth, Young Adults, etc.) - 4-6 months in advance of the event
Major Services (Christmas, Resurrection, Prophecy Conference, etc.) - 4-6 months in advance of the event
Outreach Events (Church picnic, Thanksgiving breakfast, etc.) - 3 months in advance of the event
Ministry Events (Ladies' Dinner, Men's Steak & Study, etc.) - 3 months in advance of the event
Recurring Events (Marital Classes, Foundations of Faith, etc.) - at beginning of year, if possible

A note on announcements

Please understand that only events that apply to 50% of the congregation or more can be announced church-wide. If your ministry's event or activity applies to less than 50%, please consider exploring other possible avenues of announcing within your ministry.
